Looking after your mouth

We should brush our teeth for at least two minutes twice a day, but can we all honestly say we do it? Many people who think they’re brushing for the full two minutes, are actually only brushing for under a minute. On top of this, 12% of people even admit that they only brush a few times a week – or never. Yuck!

Poor oral hygiene can lead to bad things – decay, sensitive teeth, bad breath, or even tooth loss, and it doesn’t stop there.
Recent published studies have shown that poor oral health could increase the risk of serious disorders such as heart attacks & strokes, and that gum inflammation can allow germs to get into the blood stream.
