
We should brush our teeth for at least two minutes twice a day, but can we all honestly say we do it? Many people who think they’re brushing for the full two minutes, are actually only brushing for under a minute. On top of this, 12% of people even admit that they only brush a few times a week – or never. Yuck!

increase the risk of serious disorders such as heart attacks & strokes,
and that gum inflammation can allow germs to get into the blood stream.
