Used twice daily, LISTERINE® TOTAL CARE Sensitive mouthwash is clinically proven to target the multiple causes of sensitivity:

General care for Sensitive Teeth

1 Brush

Brush gently twice a day. Your dentist may recommend that you change your regular toothpaste to a sensitive toothpaste.

2 Floss

Clean between the teeth at least once a day using floss, tape or an inter-dental brush.

3 Rinse

Rinse with LISTERINE® TOTAL CARE Sensitive twice daily after brushing. Rinse for 30 seconds, swilling the liquid around and between the teeth before spitting out the mouthwash.
