How long does the promotion run for?
The promotion begins at 00:01 on 01.03.17 and closes at 23:59 on 31.08.17, what we call the ‘Promotional Period’. That gives you plenty of time to get yours. We’re sorry, but claims made outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted, so we advise that you claim yours straight away and start looking fabulous as soon as possible.
Do I need to buy LISTERINE® Advanced White to take part in the promotion?
Yes, you do. Buy a promotional pack of LISTERINE® Advanced White and everything you need to know is printed on the pack, but here’s a heads up anyway: On the pack you’ll find a unique code, go to www.listerine.co.uk/boldsmile and enter the code with the rest of your details, upload a photo of the receipt for your LISTERINE® Advanced White and you’re done. Keep using your whitening mouthwash while you wait for your lipstick, so when it arrives you’ll be feeling bold and ready to add even more power to your smile!
How many times can I enter the promotion?
With such a great promotion, we know it’s tempting to apply for more than one - who wouldn’t? But we can only afford to give away one per household for the duration of the Promotional Period, sorry.
How old do I have to be to enter the promotion?
Our legal eagles tell us you have to be 18 or older to enter this promotion. But the good news is there’s no limit at the other end, you just have to be bold!
Where can I find my unique code?
Easy! Make sure you’ve got a promotional pack of LISTERINE® Advanced White. On the side of the bottle, you’ll see a sticker that says ‘FIND YOUR CODE UNDER HERE’ - it’s under there!
When can I enter the promotion?
Early birds can march boldly into the entry site from 00:01 on 01.03.17 and last chance saloon is at 23:59 on 31.08.17. That’s 184 days, 23 hours and 58 seconds to get your entry in. We’re sorry, but any claims made outside this Promotional Period cannot be accepted. Best to be an early bird.
How will I receive my free lipstick?
Well, we’re expecting to be busy, there are a lot of beautifully bold people out there! Rest assured we’ll be packing and posting with fury, but it could take up to 28 working days after entry to be delivered via second class post. Imagine how much whiter your teeth could be by then, if you continue to use LISTERINE® Advanced White! Ready to be boldly framed by your fabulous new lipstick.
Why am I having trouble entering my code?
If you’re having difficulties entering your code, there’s probably a technical glitch - those gremlins get everywhere! But don’t despair, we’ve got some techy types who can help. Email us with your problem at [email protected] and we’ll get the right person leaping into action for you.
My computer / the website crashed as I was entering my code, how will I know if I have entered the promotion?
Always a tricky one isn’t it? Did it work? Who knows? The simplest way to find out is to get your browser back up and running, then try entering your code again. Chances are that if it doesn’t let you, it went through ok first time, but if it accepts the code, carry on filling in your entry because it didn’t work before you crashed. If you’re still having problems, don’t get frustrated, just email us at [email protected] and a we’ll do all we can to sort it out.
I haven’t received my free Barry M lipstick, who do I contact?
Uh-oh, how disappointing! Has it been 28 days since you applied? If it has then something has probably gone wrong. Did you supply the correct personal information and address for claiming your prize? The best thing to do is email us at [email protected] with your full name, address and the unique code you used to apply and we’ll find out what’s happened as soon as possible.
I’ve been asked to upload my receipt of purchase but I no longer have it. What do I do?
In our Terms & Conditions, we have to ask for a photo of your receipt as proof of purchase, because we don’t have enough lipsticks to give away to people who haven’t bought LISTERINE® Advanced White. We’re sorry if you don’t have your receipt, but all is not lost! Don’t forget our promotion runs until the end of August, so you can get your free Barry M Satin Super Slick Lip Paint when you buy your next bottle of LISTERINE® Advanced White.
What rewards can be claimed?
When you buy LISTERINE® Advanced White, you can get a FREE Barry M Satin Super Slick Lip Paint. There are three stunning colours to choose from; Peachy Keen (166), Red My Lips (176) and Berry-licious (171). Sadly, we can only let you have one per household, so pick the one that’ll bring out the bold in you!
Can I exchange my reward for a different one?
Sorry, but rewards are non-transferable and we can’t offer a cash alternative. If a FREE Barry M Satin Super Slick Lip Paint just isn’t right for you, we’re sure you know somebody who’d love it!
Can I enter if I live in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland?
Yes, you can - we wouldn’t forget the Emerald Isle! Anybody aged 18 years or over, resident in the UK or ROI is eligible to enter. There are some exceptions though: employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and each of its group companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. Unfortunately, that includes me :( But I hope you enjoy yours!
