How long does the promotion run for?

The promotion begins at 00:01 01.09.16 and closes at 23:59 28.02.17. Claims made outside of this period will not be accepted.

Do I need to buy LISTERINE® Total Care Sensitive to take part in the promotion?

Purchase is necessary in England, Scotland and Wales. A promotional pack of LISTERINE® Total Care Sensitive must be purchased and the unique code from the back of the label must be entered online at Receipt and promotional packaging must be retained as proof of purchase.

If you live in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland no purchase is necessary. Please see below for full details.

Can I enter if I live in Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland?

Yes, there is no purchase necessary for ROI & NI residents; to enter please download and print the NI & ROI entry form here.

Fill out all the details on the form and return to: The Listerine Team, 15-17 High Court Lane, Leeds, LS2 7EU.

Alternatively, if you can’t access a printer, you can write in to the same address detailing all the information required on the form. We will then submit an entry on your behalf.

What does the prize include?

The prize includes the following: 1 night’s spa break at Champneys Spa for 2 people (18+) including accommodation. Accommodation consists of 1 night (twin or double room) at a Champneys Spa including a three course evening meal, healthy buffet breakfast and three course buffet lunch, 2 x treatments per person and access to all spa facilities during the stay. Champneys locations are only available in England, but can be selected by an NI or ROI resident winner (however, as with the prize in England, please note that transfers/travel costs are not included in the prize and must be paid for and arranged by the winner). Alternative spa locations and associated prizes are available in NI and ROI for NI & ROI residents (at their option).

How many times can I enter the promotion?

Only one entry per person into the LISTERINE® Total Care Sensitive prize draw for the duration of the promotional period.

Can I enter all of the LISTERINE® Bold Flavour prize promotions?

Yes, subject to each promotion’s Terms and Conditions, you’re able to enter all of the 4 other LISTERINE® Bold Flavour prize promotions. However, you can only enter each promotion once. Multiple entries into a single promotion may cause you to be disqualified.

How old do I have to be to enter the promotion?

You must be 18 years or older to enter this promotion.

Where can I find my unique code?

The unique code can be found on the inside of the back label of the limited edition LISTERINE® Total Care Sensitive promotional packs (please see the image to the right).

When can I enter the promotion?

The promotion begins at 00:01 01.09.16 and closes at 23:59 28.02.17. All claims must be received by 23:59 28.02.17 to qualify. Entries made outside of this period will not be accepted.

How will I know if I’ve won?

If you have won you will be contacted by 3rd April 2017.  If you do not reply or cannot be contacted within 14 days of the notification email, we reserve the right at our discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.

What happens if I enter my code into the wrong promotion?

If you enter the wrong promotion, simply just go to the correct promotion and enter your details and unique code again.
