I HATE MINT
I actually hate mint products. Shock I know, but this mouthwash seems to be the only mouthwash i can use with gagging. It helps with my bleeding gums and keeps my breath fresh.

I like all listerine mouthwash products, its very strong tasting leaves your mouth feeling fresh. Although I not too keen on this flavour but a still use it.

Great mouthwash
As someone who struggles with sensitive gums, I have tried few different mouthwashes before I stumbled upon this one. It has a very strong taste, however works great and definitely made my gums less sensitive. Makes your breath fresh for a long while as well, which is a massive plus!

Listerine Mouthwash
Listerine mouth wash is my staple mouth wash to use at home! It leaves my mouth and breath feeling so clean and fresh. The smell is great. Gives a slight tingle which I like and lasts hours. Great mouthwash!

This is now my go to mouthwash .
I've been using this mouthwash for around two years now as I had a serious gum infection with stage 3 periodontal disease with trigeminal nerve pain because of the infection. I have to say with the help of using this mouth wash twice daily and regular flossing and interdenting between teeth my gums now have a normal appearance . I have just had a check up with my dentist and he asked me if I put a lacquer on my teeth to make them shine. The answer is no I think it's because of the mouthwash and how clean my teeth are . My teeth do look very shiny and almost have a mirror effect to them nowadays . This is a side effect I can live with that and no more bleeding swollen gums.
