1. Purchase one of the qualifying LISTERINE® products from any retailer in the UK within the promotion period.
2. Use the product as directed on pack.
3. If after 21 days of purchase you don’t love the product, fill in the money back guarantee claim form on the Listerine.co.uk website (here), provide proof of purchase via an itemised store or online valid receipt showing the qualifying LISTERINE® product you purchased, the price you paid for it, the retailer you bought it from and the date of the purchase within the promotion period.
4. You have up to six weeks from purchase to make a claim. Claims received less than 21 days from purchase, or more than six weeks from purchase will not be processed.
The offer applies to UK residents only, excluding ROI, IOM, and Channel Islands, who are 18 years or over, except employees and their families of Johnson & Johnsons Limited subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
You can still make a claim provided you have purchased a qualifying LISTERINE® product during the promotion period and you follow the steps in the “How do I claim?” question. It doesn’t matter if it was on a price promotion or discounted.
Please use the product for 21 days before attempting to claim your money back. The claim can be made after you have used the product for 21 days if you don’t love the product. You then have until six weeks after the date of purchase to make the claim. Claims received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
- Itemised store or online valid receipt showing the qualifying LISTERINE® product you purchased, the price you paid for it, the retailer you bought it from and the date of the purchase within the promotion period.
Please note that some receipts may show the date on the reverse and therefore it may be necessary to upload more than one receipt image.
Receipt images must be uploaded in .png, .jpeg or .pdf format.
Any altered or tampered receipt will be deemed invalid and cannot be used as part of a claim.
If you submit a valid claim, you will receive money back for the qualifying LISTERINE® product purchased, up to a maximum amount of £7.15, via bank transfer. Please ensure the details you enter on your claim form are your correct bank details, as these details cannot be amended or changed after the submission.
If the rest of your claim is valid, but the bank details you provided were incomplete or invalid, you will be emailed and your postal address details will be requested. The refund will be then awarded in the form of a sterling cheque (GBP) made payable to you within 28 days of you providing your postal address.
If the refund is awarded via cheque, you are responsible for ensuring the cheque is cashed before its expiry date.
You will get the amount listed on your proof of purchase, taking into account any promotional offer, provided it is £7.15 or less. If the amount £7.15 listed on your proof of purchase exceeds £7.15, you will receive £7.15.
You can submit only one claim (regardless of product variant or pack size) per household during the promotion period. If multiple qualifying LISTERINE® products are purchased in one transaction, the offer will only apply to the nominated qualifying LISTERINE® product you list on your claim form.
You will receive the funds through bank transfer to the bank account specified in the claim form, or through a cheque sent to the address indicated on the claim form, typically within 28 days of the date of submission of a valid claim.
